Customer Data - Customers are able to submit data to the AlchemyWorks services. We will not review, share, distribute or reference this data, other than to provide support where requested by the customer, or where required in law. Support staff cannot see protectively marked information, if this feature is available.
Billing Information - We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Data Transfer - For availability and resiliency, data may be transferred between AlchemyWorks servers. While in transit this data is encrypted. Data is held on servers located in the USA, and is encrypted at rest.
User Rights - Under the GDPR users have the right to request data held pertaining to them, to request that data be erased and also to withdraw consent for contact. These requests can be made through the contact form on the AlchemyWorks web site. Consent for contact may also be withdrawn by selecting the option presented in communication emails.
