User accounts are needed to access the system, and allow a single concurrent session.
By default only active accounts are shown in this list, although if Status view is selected in the console, suspended and deleted accounts will also be shown.
The account list can also be sorted by Locale, Role, Clearance, or shown in a hierarchal fashion based on line manager info.
The hierarchal view displays as an indented list, within which line reported can be changed by dragging a user onto their reporting manager.
